You send us the product
A link from any Chinese marketplace, a photo, a model number, or a description. Send it on WhatsApp or through the box on any page of this site. If you are ordering for a shop, send the whole list at once — we price them together.

We source it and check the supplier
Our partner in China finds the item, compares factories, and checks that the supplier is real and has stock. Where it matters we ask for a sample first. This step is free, and you are under no obligation once you have the price.

You get the full price, in dinars
Goods, freight and our fee added together, delivered to your city, with the shipping method and the transit time stated. If it goes by air express the duty is inside that number. If it goes as freight, the duty appears as its own line at the official tariff for the goods, because the registered importer has to settle it at clearance — we work it out for you and put it in writing before you pay anything.

You confirm and pay in Libya
Payment is made inside Libya, in Libyan dinars — bank transfer, Moamalat, Sadad, MobiCash, EDFali, or cash at our office in Tripoli. Nothing you do touches an international transfer.

We buy, and we photograph it
We place the order, receive the goods into our warehouse in China, and send you photographs and video of your actual items. Anything wrong is returned to the supplier before shipping, not after.

It ships, and we clear it
By air or by sea depending on what you chose. We handle the export paperwork in China and the customs clearance in Libya. You do not deal with a broker and you do not go to the port.

We deliver, and you check it
To your address in your city. Open it while the driver is there. If something is broken in transit, tell us the same day and we deal with it.
What we are responsible for
- Finding the item and telling you honestly if it is not worth buying.
- Checking the supplier is real before any money moves.
- Showing you your goods, in our warehouse, before they ship.
- The shipping, the export paperwork and the customs clearance.
- Getting it to your address in the city we quoted.
What we are not responsible for
- A product you chose that turned out not to suit you — we will tell you our opinion before you buy, but the choice is yours.
- Delays caused by weather, port congestion, or a customs inspection. We tell you the moment we know.
- Goods that Libya does not allow in. We check this before quoting, and we will say no rather than take your money.
