How your goods travel
Four ways from China to Libya. We quote the one that suits your order, and we will tell you when a cheaper method is worth the wait.
| Method | Transit | Best for | Arrives at |
|---|---|---|---|
| Air express | 5–9 days | Samples, phones, spare parts — anything urgent under 30 kg | Your door |
| Air freight | 7–12 days | High value, or light and bulky, 50–500 kg | Mitiga (Tripoli) · Benina (Benghazi) airports |
| Sea LCL (shared container) | 35–50 days | 0.5 to 12 m³ — the normal choice for a shop restocking | Tripoli · Benghazi · Misrata ports |
| Sea FCL (full container) | 30–45 days | A 20 ft or 40 ft container of your own | Tripoli · Benghazi · Misrata ports |
These are ranges, not promises. Weather, port congestion, customs inspections and Chinese public holidays all move them. We tell you the day we know something has changed rather than waiting for you to ask.
Buying from several suppliers?
Send everything to our warehouse in China. We hold it, combine it into one shipment and you pay freight once instead of five times. Storage is free for the first 30 days.
What we cannot ship
We will tell you before you pay, not after. If you are unsure, ask first — it costs nothing.
- Counterfeit goods and brand copies. No exceptions, and asking will end the conversation.
- Weapons, ammunition, and anything designed as a weapon.
- Drugs, pharmaceuticals and medical products without the correct Libyan import licence.
- Loose lithium batteries and power banks by air — these can go by sea, packed correctly.
- Flammable liquids, aerosols, paints and most chemicals by air.
- Live animals, plants and seeds.
- Anything the Libyan customs authority restricts. We check this per order.
