The questions people actually ask
If yours is not here, ask on WhatsApp. Nothing about a question costs money.
How do I pay you if I am in Libya?
Inside Libya, in Libyan dinars — bank transfer, Moamalat, Sadad, MobiCash, EDFali, or cash at our office in Tripoli. You never make an international transfer and you never need a foreign card. Our partner in China is the one who pays the supplier.
What stops you taking my money and disappearing?
A fair question and you should ask it of anyone. Three answers: we have a physical office in Libya you can walk into, we photograph your goods in our warehouse before they ship so you see them before the balance is due, and we take a deposit rather than the full amount up front. We also want your second order, which is worth more to us than your first.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Sourcing the product, checking the supplier and calculating the delivered price costs you nothing, and you are not committed to anything when you see it. We only earn when you decide to order.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum from us. Many factories have their own minimum, and we tell you what it is in the quote — for some items it is one piece, for others it is fifty. If the minimum is too high we will look for a supplier with a lower one.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes, and for anything you plan to resell you should. We send samples by air express, usually 5 to 9 days. The sample cost is often credited against a bulk order afterwards.
Who pays the customs duty?
It depends on how the goods travel, and we tell you which before you pay. Small orders go by air express: the courier clears them, the duty is already inside our price, and there is nothing waiting at the port. Larger consignments clear as freight, and Libyan law requires the registered importer of record to settle the duty at clearance — so we quote it as a separate line at the official tariff for your goods, calculated in advance and put in writing. Nobody who quotes you a single all-in number on a container is telling you the whole truth.
What if it arrives broken?
Open the box while the driver is still there and tell us the same day. Transit damage is our problem to chase, not yours. What we cannot fix is a complaint about damage three weeks later, so please check it on the day.
What if the supplier sends the wrong thing?
It does not reach the boat. We receive every order into our own warehouse in China and photograph it against what you ordered. Wrong goods go back to the supplier there, which is far easier than sending them back from Libya.
How long does it take?
5 to 9 days by air express, 7 to 12 by air freight, 35 to 50 by shared sea container, 30 to 45 for a full container. The quote tells you which method the price assumes.
Which cities do you deliver to?
See the delivery cities in the quote box. If your city is not listed yet, ask — we can often arrange it, and we would rather add a city than lose a customer.
Can you buy from Alibaba and AliExpress?
Yes, and from 1688, Taobao, Temu and the Yiwu market — plus direct from the factory, where the price is usually better than any of them. We are an independent company buying on your behalf, not an agent of those platforms.
What will you not ship?
Counterfeit and brand copies, weapons, drugs and unlicensed pharmaceuticals, loose batteries by air, flammable liquids, live animals, and anything Libyan customs restricts. We check before quoting and we will say no rather than take your money.
Do you speak Arabic?
Yes. The whole conversation, from the first question to the delivery, happens in Arabic if you prefer. The English side of this site is for our suppliers.

The quote is free and there is nothing to sign. Most prices come back the same day.
