Terms of service
Plain terms for a simple service. If anything here is unclear, ask before you order.
What we do
Jusur is an independent sourcing and shipping agent. We buy goods in China on your instruction, arrange their inspection, shipping and customs clearance, and deliver them to you in Libya. We are not the manufacturer of any product and we are not owned by, or an agent of, any marketplace or platform.
Quotes
A quote is valid for 7 days unless we state otherwise. Prices depend on factory prices, freight rates and exchange rates, all of which move. If a cost changes materially before you confirm, we will requote rather than absorb it silently.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when you accept a quote and pay the deposit. The balance is due before the goods ship. All payment is made inside Libya in Libyan dinars. If you cancel after we have paid a factory, the deposit covers what we have already spent.
Inspection
We photograph your goods in our warehouse in China before shipping. You are responsible for telling us promptly if what you see is not what you ordered. Once you approve, the goods ship.
Delivery and risk
Transit times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, port congestion, customs inspection or events outside our control, but we will keep you informed of them. Please inspect goods on delivery and report transit damage the same day.
Restricted goods
We will not source counterfeit goods, weapons, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or anything restricted by Libyan customs. If you request such goods we will decline and refund any deposit taken.
Liability
Our liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for lost profits or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Libya.
