What it costs
Sourcing and quoting are free. You pay us only when you decide to order.
Sourcing and quoting
Free
We find the product, check the supplier and calculate the full landed price to your city. There is no fee for this and no obligation to order.
Our commission
5–8%
8% of the goods up to USD 3,000, 6% up to USD 10,000 and 5% above that — with a minimum of 500 LYD per order. Finding the supplier, the quote and a photo-and-video inspection in our warehouse are all included in it.
Freight and clearance
At cost
We pass on what the shipping and the broker actually cost, and we show you the figure. We do not hide a margin inside the freight.
Quotes are in Libyan dinars at the market exchange rate on the day you receive them, and they hold for 72 hours. The dinar moves, so after that we check the rate again before you pay.
How customs duty is handled
Two lanes, and we tell you which one your order is in before you pay anything.
Air express — duty included
Small parcels are cleared by the courier on arrival against the buyer's own ID. The duty sits inside the price we quote you and there is nothing to pay at the port.
Air freight, sea LCL and containers — duty quoted separately
Libyan law requires the registered importer of record to settle duty at clearance, which means it cannot lawfully be bundled into a foreign agent's price. We calculate it in advance at the official tariff for your goods and show it as its own line, so you know the total before you commit.
The basis is published: a Port Services Tax of 4% on CIF value, a Production Tax of 2%, and a Consumption Tax of 25% or 50% on regulated categories. We confirm the rate against the HS code of your specific goods rather than estimating.
How you pay
All of it inside Libya, in Libyan dinars. You never make an international transfer.
- Bank transfer to a Libyan bank account
- Moamalat card
- Sadad
- MobiCash
- EDFali
When you pay
A deposit when you confirm the order, so we can pay the factory. The balance before the goods ship.
Tell us what you are looking for
The quote is free and there is nothing to sign. Most prices come back the same day.
